We warmly invite anyone who owns a quality holiday rental property to apply to join IVRA and become a member. Your property needs to comply with our regulations in order to join. IVRA stands for trust, confidence and quality. As long as you can comply with our criteria then you will be able to join. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any applications. As soon as we receive your application along with payment we will inform you if you have been successful. We will not process your payment if unsuccessful.

FEES

To join IVRA costs an initial one off £25 Joining fee. Plus:

Properties that rent less than £10,000 in rent per year - Membership fee £99 PA

Properties that rent more than £10,000 in rent per year - Membership fee £199 PA

Multi properties 2 -3 add additional £99 per property
Multi properties 4 - or more add additional £49 per property

Corporate/Business Members please add £100 to fees

Associate Partner Membership
IVRA Associate Partner scheme is for companies seeking to develop closer ties with IVRA and its Members. The membership offers strong branding promotional and networking opportunities. - Membership fee £499 PA

- You have to have been successfully renting for a min of 1 year before you can apply

- A scan/copy of your legal 'deeds' proving that you are the legal owners of the property/s

- A scan/copy of three utility bills (either gas, water, electric, local council rates) with your property address and your name

- A scan/copy of photographic I. D. of the owner (passport)

- Proof of at least two satisfied client testimonials who have rented your property within the last 9 months. We will need a name and ..telephone number where these people can be contacted.

- At least 6 current colour photographs no older then 1 year of your property.

- Further proof of satisfactory trading like, details of any villa rental website listings and how long you have been listed there. ...Details of your website and proof of your domain ownership.
