IVRA membership is available to anyone working in veterinary practice who is interested in recognising and raising the status of Veterinary Client Service Representatives through collaboration, education and qualifications.
One year of IVRA membership is included when a CSR purchases the Bronze level of the Client Service Representative Certificate (CertCSR). The date on which a CSR purchases the Bronze level of the CertCSR will act as their annual membership renewal date.
Non-members, or former members whose membership has expired, can still complete IVRA accredited courses and qualifications – at a higher cost.
IVRA courses and membership are administered by Colorful CE.
